The goal of prayer is His Presence, not merely His gifts. Answers grow out of relationship.
He longs to answer
God truly desires to answer our prayers — ‘how much more will your Father give good things to them that ask Him.’ Yet His Presence is the first key.
The throne of grace
We approach boldly — not a throne of judgment but of grace — to seek His face.
The Scriptures
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
